Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to the team members at DOSE OF ESTHETICS. It is reserved especially for you as we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we ask respectfully for as much notice as possible.
If a no show appointment occurs, we have the right to charge the balance due for any service(s). You will not be able to reserve any future appointments at DOSE OF ESTHETICS, if balance is not paid in full. We respectfully ask for a 48 hour notice, if in case you need to reschedule/cancel.
You'll be notified to confirm your appointment 72 hours in advance to your scheduled service. In the event of an unconfirmed appointment, Cristal Minaya will contact you to confirm the date and time. If you are unreachable, your service will be subjected to cancellation.If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, please allow a 48 hours notice during business hours. Scheduled appointments canceled 24 hours prior, are subject to a 50% service fee.
Any appointments canceled day of service and/or NO SHOWS, are subject to a 100% service fee.
I agree and understand, that you, the client, can cancel your appointment online through your email within a 48 hours cancellation window.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our wait list miss the opportunity to receive services.
Our policy protects our specialists. Our members are independent and they earn their living by taking care of their guests and if their guests doesn't show up or cancel with little notice, this doesn't leave an opportunity for them to book another appointment,.

• FORMS MUST BE FILLED OUT IN ORDER TO AVOID ANY CANCELLATIONS
•Keep in mind that your appointment hour may change if there are gaps in between appointments
•Balance is to be paid in CASH, & CARDS ONLY at the time of your appointment (if paid with card, there is a 4% processing fee)
•There will be NO REFUNDS issued, if you have any concerns contact me immediately
•YOU MUST BE ON TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT! You will only have a 10 minute grace period, anything after that MUST be rescheduled. Every minute late is time taken away from your set.
•NO EXTRA GUESTS! (children,siblings,spouse etc. you will have your eyes closed and won't be able to attend to them)
